Has making someone unhappy, uncomfortable, or unconfident ever made you feel good? Cruelty, or the lack of compassion for others, has always been casual among humans. Where there are differences, there will be dissension and disunion. And disagreements often cause detestation that leads to devastation. But the desert can’t be dry without sand, right? Stupid people commonly believe that the story ends where they decide they’re finished, but that’s just not how nonfiction works. External to the unrealistic realm of a stupid motherfucker’s mind, what said stupid motherfucker perceives as a “game over” finishing move will inevitably be countered. Because per the laws of nature, every action has a reaction. If “revenge is a dish best served cold” means that retaliation is optimally effective when the vengeful is cruel and callous, why aren’t the cold-hearted ever worried about their own retribution? What happens when retaliation is reciprocated? Hatred is as cyclical as the seasons, and what goes around comes around. How often are you concerned about consequences? Better yet, how frequently do you question your own thinking? As an intellectual and someone who is almost always cool, calm, and collected, the best advice that I could give anyone who is the antithesis of me is to slow down and question oneself regularly. Desperation and a dearth of preparation will drive one to a disastrous destination. Diverging slightly, when was the last time you gave someone exactly what they were asking for? Sometimes, retaliation is an obligation insisted on by one’s objectors. If your opposition promises to pose problems, per the principles of contest, they’re party to their own punishment. Shit, even God permits responding in kind—doing to others as they do onto you. If stupid people knew they were stupid, they’d do something to change it. And if you keep that in mind, you likely won’t take offense when a stupid motherfucker tries you. Moreover, if you don’t feel stupid from time to time, you’re definitely delusional. And this is a perfect segue into the continuation of points made in the prior post. Delusion is an epidemic, as holding mistaken beliefs about empirically evident realities is seemingly normal. For instance, social media has humanized and demystified celebrities like no other portal or window could. But many people on the outside looking in still view famous people as transcendent or superhuman, or view themselves as subhuman because they lack fame. Again, famous people are just excessively popular regular-ass people. And just like everybody else, celebrities need personal proceedings to fixate on so as to circumvent mind-corrupting idle time. My experience reveals that when famous people aren’t usually constructive or productive with their time, especially when their careers are solely based on the dissemination of their opinions, they have a tendency to be extra regular in their habits and hobbies. Recently, the popular podcaster who asserted that his life outside of podcasting is an extension of his “work” backpedaled and contradicted himself by declaring that he’s a completely different person when he isn’t podcasting. Then, he went on to discuss stalking his exes, after referring to his current girlfriend as a “bitch” for expressing her feelings about their turbulent relationship, next to claiming that everything he says on the podcast is “for entertainment purposes only.” So, your ordinary life is inseparable from your “work,” and you present yourself to your audience as an authentic and sincere person, but your personality is a persona when the mics and cameras are on, and all of your allegedly true stories are for entertainment purposes only? Make up your motherfucking mind, sir! There’s no such thing as an honest liar, sorry. And it seems like you don’t even want to be taken seriously, but you want people to trust that you’re truthful, which doesn’t even fucking make sense. Some people have a knack for convincing others that they’re full of shit. If being a celebrity means that I have to be a different person while posing as myself, I don’t want to be famous. Shadee, you deserve better!
So, as I’ve been sitting here with a million and one thoughts in my head, trying to find something to focus on, J. Cole released a brand new track titled “Port Antonio,” and it’s dope. In the self-reflective, introspective song, Cole boasts “y’all niggas ain’t stoppin’ me” amongst lyrics highlighting his growth, separation from former acquaintances, and the notification that he didn’t take sides in the Drake versus Kendrick Lamar beef. Just as a recap, if you go back and listen to Drake’s “First Person Shooter” featuring J. Cole, it’s clear that the two titans were taunting the tenacious Kendrick Lamar. And that prompted K. Dot’s response while featuring on Future’s “Like That,” subsequently initiating the “Big 3” beef that dwindled down to Drake versus Kendrick after Cole bowed out. While announcing that he’s still friends with Drake on “Port Antonio,” Cole additionally thanked Drizzy for helping him throughout his career. This follows Drake unfollowing over a dozen celebrities on Instagram, after which he reprimanded fake friends during a concert in Toronto. Recapping again, Drake was deserted by most of the industry shortly after “Like That” was released, and that’s when many seasoned fans of rap beef—like me—knew that shit was going to get wicked. What’s more, it’s alleged that Drake sent Kendrick Lamar a cease and desist notice preceding Kendrick’s 2025 Super Bowl performance, ostensibly in an attempt to prevent Kendrick from performing the Drake diss “Not Like Us”—a song that accuses Drake and his entourage of being pedophiles—during the Halftime Show. But none of that is really important, is it? Moving on, early voting starts in five days here in Georgia, and I plan on casting my ballot as early as possible. The sooner this shit is over, the better—at least for me. Have you ever dreamed of being the president? Honestly, even as a child, I never thought that being president would be enjoyable. The president has too many responsibilities and too little respect. Growing up, I wanted to be in the military, then I tried it and realized that I’m not much of a team player. After leaving the military, I thought about going to school for psychology, then I came to the realization that I could learn everything I needed to know for free or little to nothing. Now, I aspire to enlighten and evolve humanity one idiot at a time. Again, dreams are simply foreseen realities. And everything from the device that you’re reading this post on to the world wide web that hosts my website was once a dream. If you’re a dreamer, let me be the first person to tell you that you’re not crazy! And whether your dream comes to fruition or not, trying is an unskippable part of the journey. Please, don’t listen to people! Tens of millions of Americans believe that Donald Trump should never have been president, but he was elected twice, and will receive tens of millions of new votes after being impeached two times over and convicted of several crimes. No, that’s not an endorsement for Trump, it’s a testament to the fact that everyone must fight against odds. You should never take someone’s rebuffing of you personally, because deciding or being convinced to quit is the only sure shot way to fail. I don’t want to preach, and just want to teach y’all that giving a fuck about anything other than what the fuck you want is crazier than dreaming. Because there are motherfuckers out there who dream of watching you live a nightmare, and they succeed whenever you start sleeping on yourself. Personally, I’d rather be a failure than a coward. Being afraid of failing is equivalent to lounging in defeat, as refusing to make the effort is analogous to choosing to lose. And whether you appreciate it or not, everyone who reads this is helping my dream come true. Because some of you are already taking action to assure that I succeed! Peace.
