The “Age of Enlightenment” was a period of time between the 17th and 18th centuries where Europeans influenced people around the world to educate themselves and develop innovative ideologies that shaped how the masses viewed religion, human rights, politics, culture, etc. I’m not much of a history buff because I’m a proponent of progression. And from my perspective, staring backward while walking forward or walking backward while focusing on what should be behind you are great ways to miss everything ahead of you. Metaphorically speaking, if the present is a reflection of the past and the past was ugly, isn’t it time for a makeover or something? Switching the subject, a current North Carolina republican gubernatorial candidate, Mark Robinson, has been under fire for his sanctimonious stances on life and love. Basically, like all liars, Mark Robinson professes the opposite of what he performs, and you better believe that his harshest haters are highly likely to be as hypocritical as him! The phoniest fuckers like to hide in plain sight. Again, cops are some of the coldest criminals, pediatricians are amongst the foulest pedophiles, accusers are oftentimes atrocious abusers, and so on. Mark, who is a nigga, claims to hate his own race and openly opposes the LGBTQ+ community. However, roguish Mr. Robinson was caught using the same username across social media and other internet platforms, revealing his salacious secret savoring of transsexual sex. Like I always say, if you aren’t using the internet to explore worlds that you haven’t or will never experience, you’re using it wrong! I’ve watched all kinds of freaky-ass shit on the internet, including gay and transsexual porn, and I’m not ashamed of it. I’m a grown-ass man with a mind of my own and I do whatever the fuck I want to do. What’s more, it just so happens that minding my fucking business is one of my most practiced habits—y’all should try it sometime! I bet you hypercritical hypocrites don’t even realize how full of shit you are, huh? I don’t want to preach or prattle, so I’ll say this, your judgement has no jurisdiction over people’s free will. In simpler terms, what you eat doesn’t make other people shit and vice versa. Oxford Languages defines freedom as the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint. If you respect, require, and relish in freedom, why the fuck don’t you allow others to do the same?! In my opinion, Mark Robinson—like most of you—is afraid of being honest because he doesn’t want to be judged. How often do you lie simply because you don’t want to have to defend yourself? For over a year now, my blog posts have controlled the atmosphere of hip hop’s favorite podcast, and most people don’t even know it. To whom it gravely concerns, when I tell y’all that I have zero respect for you motherfuckers, believe it! And I mention this because the people who know how conspicuously I’ve controlled the atmosphere of the podcast are disinclined to publicly acknowledge it because then certain culprits would be obligated to defend their decision to pester me and pry into my private life out of spite sparked by my antagonism toward you-know-who. Diverging slightly, if you ever witness someone proclaim plainly that they’re a “good person,” rest assured that they’re mendacious and manipulative! How often do scrupulous and sincere people need to defend their character? Purporting to be a “good person” is a passive-aggressive way of admitting that others will beg to differ, as such a claim is generally preceded by an admission of wrongdoing. I’ve been surrounded by disloyal, dysfunctional, discourteous, disagreeable people all my life, and they’re the type of motherfuckers who will blame you for not fucking with them. Ain’t that some shit? I’m sure plenty of you can tell that I’m not with the bullshit, but I’m usually cool about it. It ain’t nothing for me to cut motherfuckers out of my life, and I’d encourage everyone to conjure the strength to do the same whenever necessary.
To my haters, please just go ahead and kill yourselves, because I’m going to keep disappointing you. Ah, that’s the beauty of having your own platform—you can exercise your rights freely! How do you feel about censorship? As it pertains to expression, I view restraint and reticence as signs of security and mental fortitude, whereas lacking those things are an indication of the contrary. Though I believe that some things are better left unsaid, I also appreciate everyone’s prerogative to pronounce and promulgate willingly. As for the attempt to silence certain rhetoric, for those who make the effort, good luck trying. Continuing in the same vein, what do you think about interviewers asking “tough” questions? Personally, I believe that interviewers pose contentious questions specifically to initiate controversy that’s intended to draw a vaster audience. Because like sex, controversy sells. If you don’t have the ability to read a room, be objective and discerning, and gauge a person’s temperament, you shouldn’t have a position in interviewing or journalism. And if you make a policy of pissing people off, that’s obviously going to turn people off. These clowns sit in front of cameras and microphones and intentionally insult interviewees, flagrantly affront future guests when gossiping, bitch and backpedal when challenged on their bullshit, awkwardly cast fake-ass laughs when shit gets embarrassing, and goofily expect for people to like them. Get real, my niggas! Moving on, the dark-skinned Floridian, Doechii, is probably the most talented music artist of the last decade. She can write, she can rap, she can sing, she can dance, she’s distinctive, she’s creative, she’s consistent, and I’m a fan. I used to listen to music all day, every day when I was young, but I spend most of my time quietly thinking these days. I think that I think a little too much, but it is what it is. It’s rare that I find a new artist that I like enough to go back and listen to all their shit, but Doechii is one of them! The first time I heard of the “Alligator Bites Never Heal” Tampa-bred rapper was when Azealia Banks, another dark-skinned female emcee, was trending following disparaging remarks she made against Doechii that rejected some fans’ belief that Azealia and Doechii resemble each other. Honestly, Azealia Banks is mean and crazy as hell, but I love that shit! Aside from that, Azealia Banks is at most half as talented as Doechii, in my opinion. And that begs the question, how much do you value other people’s opinions? For me, from an encouragement or discouragement standpoint, both negative and positive opinions have the same effect on me, which is no effect at all. I anticipate opinions and I understand that they’ll always vary. Still, I’m primarily self-motivated and I believe in myself enough to be unaffected by other people’s thoughts and beliefs. Don’t get me wrong, it feels good to know that respectable people respect me, but I’m going to do my thing regardless. I actually feel sorry for motherfuckers who believe that their opinions should matter to people who don’t give a fuck about them—it’s sad. Deviating a bit, I’m already tired of hearing people talk about Diddy and his situation. Per the optics, everybody is a fucking detective, a legal expert, and has an irreproachable private life. To be truthful, I really hate what the internet has done to interaction and communication, because literally everybody thinks they matter these days. Not only do we have to sift through all the no-talent “participation medalists” who dominate social media timelines and content recommendations, but we also have to stomach all the sanctimony and specious suppositions from top media personalities. Man… I don’t believe shit that y’all motherfuckers say! Everybody is a “Mark Robinson” in my eyes! Motherfuckers been out here “Mark Robinson-ing” since the beginning of time! Shit, even babies lie to circumvent condemnation! Diddy wasn’t fucking himself, he wasn’t fucking alone, everybody’s not a victim, freaky-ass shit isn’t automatically illegal, and nobody can be trusted! Peace.
