And in the end of said cozy convo, he doubled down on his closing comments as a co-opted co-conspirator in his latest comedy special, where he bullshitted about how people can “stay sane together,” stating that, “Information and the types of things we’re hearing every day in the news and seeing around us, it’s almost like a ‘psychological torture’ we’re collectively going through.” First, fuck Dave Chappelle! And I promptly asked the Christian commenter, and I’m paraphrasing myself here, if they think that their God needs to be needed. If God presents problems in poor people’s lives that necessitate his assistance, would you need said assistance if those timely tests and strengthening situations weren’t made purposely prevalent by God?
