Change can correct, create, or compound complications, which is why the weary worry so much about altering or adjusting routines with comfortable predictability—even if newer options are more optimal. Contrary to popular belief, from a psychological perspective, it’s counterintuitive and sort of stupid to circumvent comfort for change that isn’t guaranteed to correct complications. A person’s “comfort zone” is essentially an area of assurance, where one’s confidence isn’t challenged by constant change. Why wouldn’t a person want to be comfortable if not competing for a championship, training in pursuit of peak physical fitness, or something of that nature? People are stupid, their ideas are idiotic, and nothing makes sense because stupidity and idiotic ideas are tradition. Journalists put themselves in unsafe, uncomfortable, and unnecessary situations all the time for the shock and scandal of breaking boundaries and crossing the line, and sometimes they encounter consequences. Don Lemon was recently arrested and released for willfully making himself uncomfortable during a prohibited protest, which is an occupational hazard. I’ve learned that a lot of the frontrunners in the forever fight for freedom operate within a comfort zone that contains consistent controversies, as their relevance relies on recurrent ridiculousness. So, Lemon likely lives for subtle sour situations that mass media reckons are ripe for the picking. A lot of you guys and gals are goofy as fuck to me, but I digress. Anyhoo, Cori Broadus, I offer my deepest condolences for the sad and sudden loss of your infant daughter. And I hope you find comfort while combating constant change that’s certainly challenging your confidence. Also, shout-out to thick-ass Taylor, and congratulations on the birth of your baby boy. With babies in mind, I wonder how Renee Good’s children are coping with the very public loss of their loving mother. Cornel West recently stated on CNN that ICE agents are “niggerizing” the nation by treating white Americans how black Americans have been treated by the punk-ass police since slavery, then referring to Renee Good as “sista” and Alex Pretti as “brotha.” When the “Black Lives Matter” movement started, I immediately recognized the somewhat self-segregating statement as both a point for antagonists to argument against and an incentive for racist terrorists to prove the point moot. Again, from a psychological perspective, petty and puerile people particularly aren’t comfortable being compartmentalized and counted out without their consent, even when they openly affiliate with hate groups who’re happily hated by the people they hate. To a racist, saying “black lives matter” is like saying “white lives don’t matter.” And from their perspective, that’s a logical deduction, despite the fact that their unprovoked racism prompts said racism’s victims to prioritize themselves over inconsiderate, uncooperative, oppressive racists. Get the fuck out of here! Understanding the simple psychology behind stupidity can stop you from creating a comfort zone for stupid people to keep their confidence in. If anybody should be unconfident and uncomfortable, it’s a stupid motherfucker! For the record, for the umpteenth time, fuck all y’all! By the way, Jaz, I’ve caught all the shit you’ve said in freestyles and battles, and even remember you regurgitating my remarks going back to “you get what you give.” The benefit of the doubt just ain’t for y’all, I guess. I ain’t mad, it just don’t make no motherfuckin’ sense to me. And I know I ain’t no stupid motherfucker, so… Honestly, I don’t want to see any conspirators or co-conspirators inside or outside my comfort zone. Y’all don’t have the fuckin’ answers! Don Lemon has spent his entire career crying, complaining, conversing, and being challenged without creating or causing change. He’s still traveling and talking as a national noisemaker and viral voice without effecting the ethos of evolution. The same can be said for many of you, which is why you’re happy to hop on the hate train, huh? None of you have ever been, and will never be, as disruptive as me! The fact of the matter is, I’m more comfortable than you’d ever be as persona non grata. And soon…
