Everybody’s Stupid, CCXXXI

Through observation and experience, it’s evident that humanity is stuck in stagnation, and it’s clear why. Trends and traditions make mankind mighty monolithic. As it pertains to a social structure, referring to people as a monolith or to their behavior as monolithic implies that said people exist and act in unison—without individualistic ideas or personalized perspectives. And that’s in essence what culture is, the habits and heritage practiced, promoted, and passed down through generations. So, humanity can’t progress because the only thing that the past promises is traditional people’s pride in preserving it. Do y’all understand what I’m saying? Forwarding traditions is backtracking and hopping on trends is dogpiling—it’s all counterintuitive and counterproductive. Well, that’s unless the tradition is eternal evolution and the trend is everlasting elevation. Imagine living in a world where you weren’t allowed to have your own feelings, thoughts, and aspirations. Now, think about the last time you truly didn’t care about how you’re perceived by others. Honestly, for most people, they always care to a discernible degree. If there’s one thing that is guaranteed to grind my gears, it’s people presuming that they’re privy to my personal psychological processes. Please, don’t tell me that I’m the only person who gets pissed at people’s presumptuousness. With everybody openly expressing their opinions and overtly offending others, offering optimistic outlooks to those who’re oftentimes opposed in an effort to optimize our outward expression of opinions just makes sense. In other words, be more positive and pleasant, and less pessimistic. Moving on, do you want to know one of the biggest freedom-fighting words with contradictory meanings? It’s revolution. On one hand, a revolution is a revolt against repression and restraint. On the other hand, a revolution is a repeating or “revolving” cycle. Numerous nosy nobodies and some snooping snobs suggest that I am stuck in a revolving cycle because I’m still saying that I’ll soon steal the spotlight after stalling for some time. For your information, I’m not in a rush to fall flat on another plateau just to placate or propitiate people who don’t play a part or haven’t participated in my progression. To repeat, I refuse to be another rambling rhetorician! In my case, part of the change that I crave to contribute to is the conversion of conversation. I believe that I offer some of the most objective opinions online. And with so many things being unimportant to me, the consequential is ceaselessly my central concern. It’s no coincidence that people continue to commune, converse, and congregate to chat about their concerns, but their talks have trouble translating to the termination of the need for talking. Doesn’t that mean y’all are continuing an empty cycle? How many people’s fame brings fortune to more than a few? Like I said before, pointless persuasion and the malicious misuse of one’s influence defeat the purpose of possessing power. A little recognition and some measure of relevance can make many motherfuckers feel more important than they’ll ever be. And that’s where social media loses me. Everything that I’ve accomplished thus far, I’ve done it on my own, and via my personal “platform.” With that, as opposed to wondering why I’m watchful of where I post outside of my own shit, recommend me to your sponsors and have them contact me to purchase ad space for my blog, or use those same resources to slide me a freelance writing gig. You know, helpful shit. Otherwise, respect my decisions! Of course, some of y’all don’t know what I’m talking about, and that means I’m not talking to you. Unfortunately, as it stands, I don’t even watch or listen to clips or snippets of y’all podcasts anymore. Which is wild, because I still check the titles and thumbnails every now and then, and y’all shit still revolves around me, right? Honestly, at this point, I’m not opposed to popping shit for prosperity and profitability. But be warned, you’ve been warned.

Welp, it’s another year, and another boring-ass Super Bowl. And I bet y’all do, eat, drink, and talk the same shit every time, huh? There go those cycles again. When those of you who don’t know find out how much I’ve already impacted black culture and its biggest influencers, you’re going to hate me even more. Needless to say, I didn’t dare bore myself to death by watching the game, but I did catch “Kung Fu Kenny” kicking some of his most known hits and whacking his worst opp during the Halftime Show. And the last two songs that K. Dot performed hold a special place in my heart part infinity! I know it’s laborious to like me, but that was meant to be laughable. Having mentioned music, what are some of the corniest, cringe lyrics you’ve ever conjured from your crazy cranium? You can’t be a fan of toe-tapping tunes and not force out a freestyle from time to time. Before I move on, Drizzy, keep dripping in swagger juice, sir. They’ve been telling me “your path is harder because your calling is higher,” and that could apply to anyone who strives while struggling in some way, shape, or form. I was about to breakout some bonkers bars, but I better tell those who battle beasts how to be their best and boast boundless bravery. The devil doesn’t desire to drudge to destroy you, so he does his damnedest to drag you down, drain you, and leave you devoid of your determination to defeat him. A fight is an exchange of blows, and it goes against spiritual law to decline defending yourself against the devil. Currently, I’m caught in the conflict of the century. The Feds, the devil, God, haters, and some servants of spirituality are ganging up to get me out of here. But through my own good graces, I’m gratefully going on. Truthfully, it’s tough taming my intensity at this time, and even concentration is a challenge. And the more time that passes, the more profound my passion gets. When people who’ve thought that they were strong start to see what true strength is in someone who they suspected would surely succumb or surrender to an onslaught of slights and strikes, they envy that person—and that person is me. I’ve eviscerated evil people’s egos, and demolished devilish detractors. How often do you view or speak of yourself with high regard? There’s not a lowdown lie or libel that a lousy loser can launch at me to make me lose my love for myself because I’ve heard it all and laughed aloud. Still, some situations will just stick to you and slow you down. But cultivating confidence can be as uncomplicated as cognitively crafting yourself a crown. Then, go ahead and sharpen your sword and shine your shield, too. At the end of the day, nobody has to be inside your head but you. And I don’t know about you, but I’ll be damned if I let the devil dwell in and decorate my dome. With 11:55pm on the clock, that angel number represents a message from the universe that says “embrace change, trust your intuition, and pursue your passions.” Yes, I Googled that shit just for the spiritual soldiers. Though I am irreligious, I believe that believing in something is what brings many people hope and peace. And believing in yourself is a big part of maintaining your mental health. What if the devil is just an idea that you get when things don’t go your way? And what if not believing in the devil is the best idea to have when working on making things go your way? Having the wrong ideas can be part of an endless cycle, one that keeps you in a loop. Do yourself a favor and break the cycle of changeless “change” today! Peace.
