Everybody’s Stupid, DXXXII

Listen, I don’t know who needs to hear this, but y’all are FUCKED! If Heaven and Hell are mostly mental but every everyday Earthling exists in the same space, are specific survival strategies strictly based on what “world” soldiers, sinners, and saints perceive as reality? Reactions to circumstances and opportunities differ dramatically from person to person and place to place, so attitudes, approaches, and actions are bound to be distinctively different between contrasting communities when dissimilarities are believed to be vast. But what if perception alone controls reactions to common circumstances and ordinary opportunities? In my opinion, the problematic “projects” and troublesome trailer parks are all ghetto communities. The fruitful farm fields and worker-filled warehouses require synchronistic solidarity. The cashiers, clerks, custodians, and cart-catching crews share a system. The coupon cutters and splurging shoppers stand in the same slow-moving lines. The volatile vagrants and traveling tourists wander around on streets side-by-side. Families and friends fuss and fight on private planes, in subway stations, during dinner, on special occasions, and with or without valid reasons. Celebrities, casual citizens, and commonplace content creators experience every emotion regularly and repetitively. Culture confirms that people practically live in completely comparable conditions with idiosyncratic trends and traditions that trigger reactions based on trendy takes or traditional teachings. There’s no distinctive, defining difference between haughty housewives having it out, and relentlessly retarded rappers beefing, and argumentative attorneys debating disrespectfully, and rivaling sports fans spitting on and shouting at each other, and commuters cussing at pissed-off passersby and flipping fingers, and analysts on national news networks having highly heated discussions, and neighbors nagging, etc. It’s all humans having human experiences. Admiration, anger, frustration, fury, happiness, hatefulness, sorrow, serenity, pain, peace, dejection, delight, abandonment, accomplishment, abundance, absence, failure, fear, togetherness, toxicity, betrayal, bewilderment, and the list of everyday Earthling experiences is a lot longer. We’ve all been there and done that, right? So, why can’t y’all witness what I’m watching if we’re seeing the same shit? When I was graduating from the seventh grade, there was a strict student dress code that required gown-less graduates to wear white tops and black bottoms. However, I had a dark blue, button-down Ralph Lauren shirt that I’d gotten for Christmas from a family friend (shout-out to Krystal), and I wanted to wear it. So, I paired it with khaki pants and brown boots before walking to the high school hosting the graduation. But because I was the only one disobeying direct dress-code instructions, I had to be the last person to enter into the cheesy ceremony as smiling students stood single-file while walking to assigned seats. Well, there were a few fellows wearing white tees instead of white dress shirts, and they were in the back too. Y’all, I was pretty proud of myself for doing whatever the figgity fuck I wanted, and I had no shame or regrets for deliberately deciding to stand out. A year later, “Drumline,” which was filmed in Georgia, hit theaters. Some students from my school’s band were extras in the movie—I wasn’t. But there’s a scene in the cult classic film where Nick Cannon’s character daringly decides to wear a black shirt when “crabs” (fresh fish or recent recruits) are supposed to wear white. Not to mention that the rebellious, resilient character had my attitude all through the movie. Coincidence or conspiracy? That’s a true story. Y’all, between mainstream movies and music, I have hundreds of “believe it or not” shared or similar stories with coincidental or conspiratorial connections. Again, if you believe in prophecy and predestined paths, what historical human highlights have bolstered your beliefs? Because this blog, as it approaches its ninth year, provides plenty of perfect proof that prophecy and predestined paths are possibly real—maybe even definitely so. As a matter of fact, I know for a full fuckin’ fact that I’ve been being fucked with all my life. If you’re wondering when I’ll give up, bitch, who but I am I? Because I am that I am. And this, and this, and this, and this, and this, and much more is all connected to the crazy conspiracy centered on me. So, soon…
